Barrel:

- Standard: Quenched & tempered 45# steel (Hard chrome-plated, ≥0.05mm)

- High corrosion resistance: Stainless steel 304/316 (Coastal/humid environments)

Piston Rod:

- 42CrMo alloy steel (High-frequency quenching + chrome plating, HRC50-55)

- Optional ceramic coating (Anti-wear for grain abrasion)

Seal Materials:

- NBR (Standard conditions)

- FKM (High temp/chemical resistance)

- PU (High wear resistance, ideal for dusty environments)

Seal Brand：NOK, Parker, MAPKER, SKF, etc.

Maintenance Guidelines:

- Seal Replacement: Every 2 years or 500K cycles (Condition-based)

- Oil Cleanliness: NAS 1638 Class 8 or higher

- Corrosion Inspection: Biannual checks for coastal areas
