European Long-term Partner Visited Our Factory and Conducted Technical Training

    Recently, our long-standing and trusted partner from Europe visited our factory and delivered professional technical training to our core technical and production teams. The visit strengthened technical communication between both sides and further consolidated our shared understanding on cooperation.

     During the inspection, the customer toured the entire production workshop and reviewed the full manufacturing process, ranging from raw material cutting, precision machining and hydraulic cylinder assembly to finished product inspection and packaging. The customer focused on the CNC workshop and precision machining center, conducting in-depth inquiries concerning the working hours, dimensional accuracy standards and production schedules of core hydraulic cylinder components such as pistons, cylinder heads and cylinder end caps. Meanwhile, the customer carefully learned about cylinder assembly details and quality control procedures, and put forward professional optimization guidance for key production processes.

     After the on-site workshop tour, a special technical exchange meeting was held. The customer provided systematic and standardized technical training for our key technical personnel covering core hydraulic cylinder manufacturing procedures. The training involved precision machining control, groove detail processing, coaxiality calibration, electroplating and other surface anti-corrosion treatment technologies, as well as the calibration standards and inspection frequency of various testing gauges. It comprehensively refined our production and quality control standards, effectively promoting the upgrading of our manufacturing technology.

     The customer spoke highly of our standardized production procedures, stable product quality and sound quality management system, and fully recognized our continuous efforts in hydraulic components optimizing production processes, upgrading production equipment and improving internal management. In the future, we will absorb the valuable technical experience shared by our partner, continuously refine manufacturing techniques and strictly control product quality.
