The Dutch customer who has been cooperating with our factory for a long time came to our factory for inspection on December 6th, 2024, and inspected the hydraulic cylinder accessories we were about to deliver during this period.
1. Sample Visit
The customer first visited our sample display rack, which displayed various scaled-down products and parts of hydraulic cylinder accessories that we can produce. The rich product variety made the customer feel happy. The customer asked about each sample, and our technicians also gave detailed answers.
2. Stock Area Visit
Then the customer came to our inventory area. The neat planning and orderly label design allowed the customer to see the inventory of various hydraulic cylinder accessories at a glance. During this period, our colleagues showed our inventory details to the customer in a timely manner. The customer checked one by one and highly praised us, "This orderly display is very consistent with the standards of our country. It is our right choice to cooperate with you."
3. Production Area Visit
The production equipment made the customer's eyes shine. The cutting equipment from Japan and the milling from Germany gave the customer a full grasp of the quality of our products. Uniform work clothes and safe production actions give customers a concrete display of production standardization.
During this period, the customer made detailed inquiries about each equipment and filmed the production process. Each of our equipment has detailed drawings of the current production accessories. The customer compared the drawings with the products and gave us a high praise of "perfect". We also lived up to the expectations of the customers and gave 100% effort and sincerity to each of the customers' exhibits.
4. Inspection of Shipped Products
Finally, the customer conducted a detailed inspection of the products we were about to send to the customer's company. Our colleagues also cooperated very well and provided the customer with not only a shipping list, but also a detailed explanation. Including each hydraulic cylinder accessory will be soaked in special oil before delivery to prevent rust, followed by carefully packing each accessory with environmentally friendly materials to prevent damage during transportation. Finally, we explained to the customer that we are all packed in special export fumigated wooden boxes, and the customer was also very satisfied.
Summary
From this business trip, I have learned that "mutual benefit, win-win and common development" is not just talk. For the needs of customers, we should take 100 points as the standard and achieve 200 points. This is not only responsible to customers, but also our responsibility.
