1.Monitoring and data processing: Use high-precision particle counting sensors and capacitive moisture sensors to monitor particle contaminants and moisture content in hydraulic oil in real-time. The data acquisition system should have electromagnetic interference resistance to ensure data accuracy.

2.Automatic drainage and filtration equipment: If the moisture content in the hydraulic oil exceeds the standard, the system can be connected to automatic drainage equipment to separate excess moisture from the oil, reducing the moisture content.

3.Cleaning and maintenance: Thoroughly clean new equipment, especially critical components, to prevent residual environmental contamination of hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic system must be disassembled due to a fault or when hydraulic components must be regularly disassembled for maintenance, the environment where the hydraulic system is located must be cleaned.

4.Storage and handling: Prevent hydraulic oil contamination at all stages of storage, handling, and filling. Use filters when refilling the oil tank, and install air filters on the oil tank's ventilation holes.

5.Replacement and filtration: Completely drain the contaminated and deteriorated hydraulic oil, clean the hydraulic system, and then add new hydraulic oil. Use filtration equipment to filter the hydraulic oil and remove impurities and contaminants.

6.Additives and inspection: Add corresponding additives, such as antioxidants and anti-wear agents, to improve the performance and service life of hydraulic oil based on different contamination causes. Check for oil leaks or seepage in the hydraulic system and resolve them promptly.

7.Physical, chemical, and biological treatment: Remove large particle impurities through physical methods such as filtration, sedimentation, and centrifugal separation. Chemical treatment methods use chemical agents to react with impurities in hydraulic oil, converting them into insoluble substances. Biological treatment methods use the metabolic action of microorganisms to convert organic impurities in hydraulic oil into harmless substances.


By implementing the above methods, hydraulic oil pollution can be effectively resolved, ensuring the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
