The first meeting of production department in 2026

Today, the principal of production department held the first meeting for 2026. With customers graually resuming work from their vacations, the team arranged the production plan for the first month of the new year, primrily including the following four production schedules:

1. Urgent shipment orders;

2. Monthly repeat orders with pre-plannable production capacity;

3. New orders from new customers necessitating machine readjustments for production;

4. Orders from customers who frequently revise drawings and are nearing final confirmation.

The main production focused on hydraulic cylinders, pistons and cyliinder heads this month. Under the premise of ensuring quality, closely coodination of the QC and operation department are still needed in an effort to complete shipment ahead of schedule, leaving more space for production scheduling during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday in February.
