In hydraulic systems, valve blocks are key components for fluid control. They come in many types and have different functions. As a manufacturer of hydraulic valve blocks, we have accumulated rich experience in the research and development and production of valve blocks, and are committed to providing customers with high-quality, high-performance products. The following is our understanding and classification of different types of valve blocks.
(1) Pump valve block
The pump valve block is mainly used to connect the hydraulic pump and other components in the system. It can distribute the output oil of the hydraulic pump to different oil circuits to achieve preliminary control of the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system.
(2) Logic valve block
The logic valve block is mainly used to realize the logic control function of the hydraulic system. Through the internal oil circuit design, it can control the flow direction and on-off of the hydraulic oil according to different input signals, thereby realizing complex action control.
(3) Superposition valve block
The superposition valve block is a modular valve block design. It is composed of multiple valve blocks with the same function, which can be flexibly combined as needed to achieve multiple functions. This design not only saves space, but also improves the reliability and maintainability of the system.
(1) Aluminum alloy valve block
Aluminum alloy valve block has the advantages of light weight, good heat dissipation, and easy processing. It is suitable for hydraulic systems with high weight and heat dissipation requirements. However, its wear resistance and corrosion resistance are relatively weak.
(2) Cast steel valve block
Cast steel valve block has high strength, high wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, and is suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems. However, it is heavy and relatively difficult to process.
(3) Stainless steel valve block
Stainless steel valve block has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for hydraulic systems in acid and alkali media environments. It also has high strength and hardness, but the cost is relatively high.
(1) Single valve block structure
The single valve block structure contains only one valve and is suitable for simple hydraulic systems. This design is simple and low cost, but the function is relatively simple.
(2) Composite valve block structure
The composite valve block structure contains multiple valves and can realize a combination of multiple functions. It can be flexibly configured according to system requirements to meet the requirements of complex systems.
In general, there are many types of valve blocks, but we always adhere to the principles of high standards and high quality in the design and manufacture of valve blocks. We provide customized solutions according to the different needs of customers, from material selection to structural design, to processing and manufacturing, every link is strictly controlled to ensure the performance and reliability of the product.
